Make a complete inventory
Count large and cabin bags separately. Mention unusually long, heavy or fragile items and whether any seat must remain free for a child restraint.
Confirm the usable space
Ask the operator to confirm passenger seats and enclosed luggage space in the actual vehicle. Do not plan to block exits, belts or the driver’s view with bags.
Prepare a fallback
Save the confirmation and operator contact. If the vehicle is too small at pickup, request an appropriate replacement or split the party only when everyone has a safe seat.
