06 — Before you leave
A little preparation makes the first ride easier
Save the address of your destination in a form the driver can read, along with the airport terminal and the name of your accommodation. Take a screenshot if you may arrive without mobile data. It is also worth checking the approximate travel time at the hour you land: a short distance on the map can take much longer in city traffic.
Keep two realistic options. An official rank may be easiest when the arrivals hall is busy; an app may be clearer when you need a digital record; a booked transfer may remove uncertainty for a group or a late arrival. If plans change, return to the airport or transport authority page rather than relying on an old forum post.
